Signs.Sigils 2017-2019

Weaving movement and body language with humor and pathos, physical symbols become the guide through this dance between understanding and misunderstanding.

Beginning as a solo in 2017 at ada Studio in Berlin, Victoria then began collaborating with Rodolfo Piazza da Silva to develop Signs.Sigils into a duet in 2018 TanzART Kirschau. In 2019 Rodolfo and Victoria began developing a trio with Giovanna Paiano in Tanzzentrale der Region Nürnberg.

Signs.Sigils, in all its phases, is a physical expression of the human desire for connection and the languages we use, we make and re-make, or that we break, in order to express ourselves.
